It is my second time around this weight loss journey, I have been down this road before and lost all the weight and gained it ALL back. I didn't even realize it was happening until the last couple months that I was tipping the scales again and not fitting into my clothes! I've joined the x-weighted challenge and want to win!
I hear you girly. It is a hard thing, and nothing you really have to work at. I can do good all day long, and then at night I am a snack attacker. Not a healthier night time snacker either. I have learned that if I brush my teeth sometimes that'll stop from eating food, having gum or mints. I also try to drink water, or do an activity. When I wanted to start losing weight I needed something to occupy my time. So I learned how to knit, I get so into my project I don`t want to stop for food!
