Overcoming food addiction is such a hard thing! I am super frusterated today! I have not overate yet though, even though I want to! I keep telling myself I want to lose weight, I don't want food! It's so tough though! How do all of you get through it?


  1. I hear you girly. It is a hard thing, and nothing you really have to work at. I can do good all day long, and then at night I am a snack attacker. Not a healthier night time snacker either. I have learned that if I brush my teeth sometimes that'll stop from eating food, having gum or mints. I also try to drink water, or do an activity. When I wanted to start losing weight I needed something to occupy my time. So I learned how to knit, I get so into my project I don`t want to stop for food!

  2. Thanks for the tips! Yeah it's so tough, I'm doing gum and scrapbooking, staying strong so far!!
